Repair Service at RaidSonic:
Do you have a claim due to a defect, wrong delivery, or similar reasons?
In order to get your warranty claims processed, please always contact your vendor resp. supplier first. He/she is your direct contact person for claims arising from the purchase contract.
In exceptional situations (for instance, if the vendor / supplier goes bankrupt), please contact us directly. We will solve your problem quickly. In such cases, as well as when sending in merchandise for repair, please send the RaidSonic item directly to us without requesting an RMA number. Please attach:
1. a copy of your invoice
2. a delivery note with your address, delivery note number, and error description
3. on the address sticker the following note: RMA DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
