General - Why are my device not detected on eSata port?
For a eSata conneted device it is neccessary that your mainboard supports „Hotswap“ function. If your mainboard not support „Hotswap“ you have to connect the device before you startup the computer. For further questions about „Hotswap“ contact your mainboard manufacturer.
